Official language is English in paper writing and presenting. Manuscripts should be at least 4 full pages and at most 10 pages. Prospective authors are invited to submit full and original research papers. Paper submissions are reviewed by experts selected by the conference committees for their demonstrated knowledge of particular topics. Authors will be notified of the review results by email.
Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral or poster presentation at the conference and it'll be published in the conference proceedings. Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral or poster presentation at the conference, but the presentation WILL NOT be published.
Ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Any act of plagiarism including self-plagiarism is totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. This is the responsibility of the author to check plagiarism before submitting the paper to ICMCE 2020.
By submitting a manuscript to ICMCE 2020, authors acknowledge that it has not been previously published or accepted for publication in substantially similar form in any peer-reviewed venue including journal, conference, workshop, or archival forums. Furthermore, no paper substantially similar in content has been or will be submitted to another conference or workshop during the review period. The authors also attest that they did not submit substantially similar submissions to ICMCE 2020. Violation of any of these conditions will lead to rejection.
The goals of the dual submission policy:
(i) to have exciting new work be published for the first time at ICMCE 2020.
(ii) to avoid duplicating the effort of reviewers.
